I am writing to thank Katie and her team for all of their kindness and hard work.  I was referred to Katie by a friend who sold her home this past year.  I was so pleased with the way Katie was handling my home sale, that I asked her to also assist me with purchasing my new home.  Katie handled both homes wonderfully and coordinated my move flawlessly.  Any issues were promptly and professionally handled.  All parties were so pleased!  I had an idea of what I wanted to sell my home for and what I wanted in my new purchase.  I was not sure that either was possible, certainly not both.  I was so pleasantly surprised.  My expectations were exceeded!
